1. Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration for being allowed to access, view, and/or use this dance training content, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Tapman Consulting & Resources, LLC, eTapDance.com, PortableTapFloor.com, TapDanceMan.com, TapDanceSongs.com, FamousTapDancers.com, Terrence Bennett, his associates, and affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you, your family, associates, or any of the property belonging to you, while using this/these content, videos, and/or products.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to your use of any of this/these content, videos, and/or products.
It is your express intent that this Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement shall bind the members of your family and spouse, if you are alive, and your heirs, assigns, and personal representative, if you are deceased. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
You warrant and assure that you are at least 18 years of age and fully competent. You acknowledge that this document constitutes the entire Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement, and that no additional claims or representations have been made.
2. Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing & Access
eTapDance.com provides instant access to digital products and online services upon successful payment.
After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions to access your membership, on-demand classes, private lessons, or other digital content.
If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need assistance, contact us at taps@etapdance.com or 1-888-464-5356.
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our online tap training and digital offerings. If you are unsatisfied, we offer the following refund policies:
e-Tap Training Program Memberships (Monthly & Annual) – If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund by emailing taps@etapdance.com.
Private Lessons & On-Demand Classes – Refunds are not available for completed lessons or classes. If you experience technical difficulties preventing you from attending, contact us to reschedule your session.
Prepaid Class Packages & Bundles – Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if no classes have been used. After that, unused classes cannot be refunded but may be transferred to another student.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
eTapDance.com offers digital products and services only, and no physical shipping is required for our standard offerings.
If you purchase a bundle that includes a portable tap floor, your floor will be shipped separately by PortableTapFloor.com. Shipping times and rates will be determined at checkout, and tracking details will be provided.
For shipping questions regarding tap floors, please contact PortableTapFloor.com customer support at sales@portabletapfloor.com.
Return Policy
Since our products are digital and immediately accessible, we do not accept returns.
However, if you experience technical difficulties or believe you have been charged in error, please contact taps@etapdance.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
For portable tap floors, return policies are determined by PortableTapFloor.com. Please refer to their website for details.
Cancellation Policy
Memberships – All memberships are non-recurring unless otherwise stated, meaning they will not auto-renew. If you would like to continue after your access period ends, you must manually purchase a new membership.
Private Lessons – Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will not be refunded.
